Dynamic Pop Up Window

Basic Features:
• The pop up should size to the dimensions of the example image. (Provided your browser can access those properties.)
• If the image fails to load within apx 5-10 seconds you will get a friendly error message (instead of a window with a broken image pic.)
  
  Note: these features require support from your browser, if you are using a "dumb" browser the features are just ignored.
